Sample Ordinances. MCC has published more than 3,000 Codes for clients in 49 states. Our attorneys and editors handle more than 4,000 individual ordinances every month. We have asked them to collect sample ordinances they believe are well drafted from on wide variety of topics, and that collection is available to you!
Sample Ordinance Subscription. MCC's Sample Ordinance Service can save time researching and drafting ordinances. Our database allows you to take advantage of the work of others. The INDEX, with over 5,500 entries, lists the subject matter of most of the sample ordinances available. You can also request sample ordinances on subjects not appearing in the index.
A subscription allows you to request sample ordinances from us and we will provide examples of those ordinances for your review. We can provide samples via e-mail or fax. Your subscription includes all City/County or business employees; there is no additional fee for use by different individuals.
