Sec. 11-36. - Purpose.
This article establishes prohibitions against certain agricultural grading and vineyard and orchard site development.

Sec. 11-37. - Prohibited agricultural grading.
Agricultural grading to prepare new land for agricultural crop production shall be prohibited on natural slopes steeper than fifty percent (50%).

Sec. 11-38. - Prohibited vineyard and orchard site development.
Vineyard and orchard site development for vineyard and orchard planting shall be prohibited on natural slopes steeper than fifty percent (50%).
