The customized menu offers a robust and intuitive functionality allowing for quick start-up and rapid access to your information. Every word in the Folio Infobase containing your document is indexed: Type in a word or a phrase and watch the Query Map display the search results. Publishing a document in an electronic format requires that the data be captured in a way that ensures a high degree of accuracy. We call this Double-Keystroking: The document is keystroked not once, but twice in two separate keystroking operations. The resulting files are compared by a computer operator to provide a database that is more accurate than is possible with optical character recognition (Scanning/OCR).
Once the Code document database is complete it is ready for electronic publishing. With each update MCC will furnish a new CD with the entire Code. Previous disks can be filed for archival purposes.
