With a worldwide reach, the Orchard Bee Association (OBA) needed a platform that could effectively host its Standards and Minutes to keep its members in multiple countries informed on important information. 

After becoming a legally recognized 501(c)3 not-for-profit in 2014, OBA began to expand its online resources. One of these improvements included Municode's Policies & Procedures Software. The software works for the association's needs as the two previously noted publications can be found online in one platform. Uploading each was a breeze and took less than a day for OBA to have their Standards and Minutes online.  A table of contents and search bar makes it easy to navigate and ensures members find what they need promptly. Other features include a font size selector and the option to print. With Policies & Procedures Software, the Orchard Bee Association was available to provide its members across the globe access to transparent information
