Project Impact STEM Academy, Idaho, wanted to expand its resources for students, parents, and faculty by offering an online platform to view multiple school publications. 

PiSTEM Academy used to only have their publication available as hard copies, which could be viewed at the school's front office. This was fine for faculty members to access but left students and parents in the dust as they traveled to the school during operating hours. Parents could call during school hours and request to view these publications, though requests could take a few days to fill. In an effort to increase transparency, the school looked for solutions that could host four of their publications online: Policies & Procedures, Bylaws, Contracts, and the school's Charter. 

After searching for a solution to fit their needs, PiSTEM Academy sought out the help of Municode and their Policies & Procedures Software. Now, the school has a robust platform capable of hosting all four of its publications.  Uploading each one was quick and easy, allowing faculty, students, and parents to access the publications almost immediately. All four books use the same search bar, which makes navigating through each publication a breeze. The platform is accessible on any device at any time, meaning anyone can view the publications outside of the school's hours.
