Oak Hill, West Virginia, needed a full suite of options to revamp and modernize how they draft/publish their Code of Ordinances, meetings, and City Charter. In addition, they wanted a brand new website that would increase transparency as well as integrate their self-publishing and meetings solution.

Municipal Police Employees Retirement System, Louisiana

The Municipal Police Employees' Retirement System of Louisiana (LAMPERS) needed to expand its online footprint for its members and prospective retirees. This entailed providing a new website and a platform for their charter, policies & procedures, and member handbook.

The old LAMPERS website became outdated as web standards drastically changed. While it provided almost every resource retirees could need, the overall appearance needed a facelift. They also wanted to look past traditional PDFs for a solution that could host three distinct publications into one easily navigated platform.

Park City, Utah, wanted a solution capable of handling its Code of Ordinances and policy books online to increase transparency and cut down on paper costs. In addition, the software had to be simple enough for non-technical staff to use.

Park City never had their Code and policy online. This meant residents and staff alike needed hard copies to access them, creating a large paper cost. Oftentimes, residents would need to travel to the city hall to view their Code of Ordinances.
