Innovative Ordinance Drafting

Today there is a better, more efficient, and affordable process to maintain your code of ordinances. Rather than working from outdated paper ordinances, or downloading sections of your code to your desktop for later modification, Self-Publishing Software allows you to make changes directly to the online code.

Proposing changes online streamlines the traditional methods your local government may have in place. Drafting, editing, voting, signing, scanning, and publishing can all be handled online and digitally.  As you propose changes in your online code, your edits are tracked and redlined, allowing you to generate automatic ordinances, resolutions or policies for legislators. Once the changes are complete, an automatically-generated ordinance is ready to be added to council member's packets. Upon passage, staff can digitally apply roll call votes. Signatures and seals are applied via email approval. Once the attestor approves, your code is current and codified.
